The school logo beautifully represents its educational philosophy. At its heart is the light of a lamp, symbolising knowledge, wisdom and enlightenment. The Sanskrit motto “तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय” (Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya) means "Lead me from darkness to light." This timeless message reflects the school's vision of guiding students from ignorance towards knowledge, confidence and a brighter future.

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Haldia Lions’ Model School, an institution with a proud educational legacy dating back to 1995. Undertaken by Lions Club of Haldia, our school remains committed to creating an environment where every child is encouraged to learn, explore, discover and grow.
We firmly believe that education is not limited to textbooks and examinations. True education develops character, builds confidence, encourages curiosity and prepares young minds to face the challenges of tomorrow. Our endeavour is to provide students with a strong academic foundation along with opportunities to develop their creativity, communication skills, discipline, leadership qualities and sense of responsibility.
Our school motto, “तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय” – "Lead me from darkness to light," beautifully expresses our educational philosophy. We aspire to guide every student towards the light of knowledge, wisdom and enlightenment, helping them become confident and responsible citizens of society.

Middle School Classes
